30-Day Returns
We want you to love what you bring into your home. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@homecherishliving.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — no return shipping required on our end.
